Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?

We sure do! Storage Solutions is proud to offer services designed for both the household and business storage user. Stop by to see our variety of sizes in both climate-controlled and standard options as well as our truck rental services and sale of supplies in our office.

Are there moving trucks available to use?

Yes, we are an authorized U-Haul dealership. We would be happy to reserve the right equipment for your move. Be sure to call our office before your big day to ensure that we have the vehicle you need for your project.

Can I buy boxes and other packing supplies from Storage Solutions?

Absolutely! Storage Solutions sells a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies in our office. These include tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, and more, all available at competitive prices. Call for a full list of our inventory.

Does Storage Solutions use video surveillance to secure its facility?

We take security very seriously. That’s why Storage Solutions uses video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are located at the point of entry and exit as well as in other areas around the facility. These cameras record 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure that the property is always being monitored.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?

Storage Solutions employs an electronic gate system that can only be opened by an individual security code assigned to each tenant at the time of rental. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility and at what time.

What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are the most common door in self storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space by saving the room that a swinging door would normally take up.

Will I receive a lock when I rent a unit?

Storage Solutions requires a disc type lock, but you will not be supplied with this type of lock. You can purchase them in our office.

What is a drive-up unit?

A drive-up unit is an outside unit located on the first floor of a facility, which gives you the ability to load or unload your belongings directly from or into a vehicle or truck.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for our property. During these hours the facility manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or in the purchase of moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours during which you can access your unit. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours, ask our manager for information about 24-hour access.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead for your big moving day.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?

An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is inside of a building on the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit.

What kind of security do you have?

We feature an electronic gate with coded access, video surveillance, a fenced and well-lit facility, and personal disc locks available for purchase. We do offer low cost property insurance as an additional option for the protection of your contents.

What are the payment terms?

Storage Solutions strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your checking account, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® card each month.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, and American Express®. We also process all personal checks electronically.

Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, paying your bill online is available through our website. Signing up for this feature will allow you to pay your bill from anywhere on any device with an internet connection.

What sizes are available and how do I know what size is right for my needs?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5’x5’, or 25 square feet, all the way to 15’x27’, or 405 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online storage calculator right here on this website. We also employ experts who are trained to assist you in this process. To determine the right size, call our office.

What are my responsibilities as a tenant?

You are responsible for providing us with a valid address or phone number as well as any changes to those. Please follow the guidelines that were outlined in your lease and contact our manager with any questions.

What do I do to vacate?

If it’s time for you to move out, let us just say thank you for storing with us. Here are the simple steps to vacate your unit:
  1. Remove all the contents from your storage unit. It should be left broom-swept clean, which is the same way it appeared when you moved in.
  2. Remove your lock. This is your lock to keep. We cannot confirm you vacated if the unit is still locked.
  3. Tell our office. Then we can remove you from the tenant records.

What is climate-controlled storage and do I need it?

Our climate-controlled storage units are inside a building and designed to keep the contents within them from experiencing the extreme temperatures of winter or summer. These units maintain a constant temperature throughout the year, ensuring that stored items will not go through freezing and thawing conditions like they would in outdoor/drive-up storage units.

This type of storage is best for sensitive or fragile possessions such as antiques, electronics, wood furniture, and musical instruments. Please ask our team if these spaces are right for your needs and we’ll get you set up with one.
